During his career, David has written, Directed and Produced adverts, promos, music videos and short films for the likes of Orange, L’Oreal, Renault, Rolls Royce, TGI Friday’s and Pernod. He has also filmed several prestigious live gala and award ceremonies across the country.David is an active member of the Bristol Filmmaking community, where he co-founded and runs the Bristol Filmmakers Group as well as bringing some of Raindance’s most popular courses to the city including ‘Lo-to-No Budget Filmmaking’ and ‘The Directors Foundation Certificate’.
In 2005, David’s short film ‘Tooth Fairy’ was voted ‘best script’ and 'best short film' at The London Academy for Film and TV. In 2008, David’s ambitious ‘one-shot’ short ‘Mum’s the Word’, was the first independent short horror film to be shown on DreadCentral.com and in 2010 his short film ‘Special Delivery’ won the 'Platinum Remi Award Dramatic Original' at WorldFest Houston and ‘Best International Short’ at the Philadelphia - FirstGlance International Film Festival.

They are currently developing a slate of 5 horror movies. This is to be achieved using a combination of industry connections, a pool of feature experienced crew and a workable and sustainable business production model that uses low - medium budgets based on using genre favorite actors, fresh British talent and location filming to create movies that resonate with fans, critics and investors alike.

Mark started his film career in 1997 with Dolby Laboratories and as Senior Consultant, provided technical and creative services to the International Motion Picture Industry, helping many first time productions and independent filmmakers through post production, working on over 600 films in over 100 film studios, cinemas and film laboratories worldwide. Mark has worked with all the major studios including Disney/Warner Bros; toured Scandinavia with Baz Lurhmann; provided technical support at the Cannes Film Festival; completed the first Dolby Digital mix in Czech Republic and Egypt; provided consultancy services for new film studios in Thailand/ Denmark and have completed work for George Lucas, Tim Burton and Ken Loach.
In 2009, Mark started Dreambase Studios Limited, a production and post- production facility specialising in content for film, TV and digital media. In 2011 he directed and produced the charity music single, Wootton Bassett Rocks featuring over 1,000 people from Royal Wootton Bassett in a ‘single- shot’ music video, raising money for Military Charities. He continues to provide International Sound Consultancy services and is also a full member of the Association of Motion Picture Sound (A.M.P.S) and in 2015 was accepted as a Full member with Film Awards voting rights of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts and has been part of the BAFTA Crew 2015 for the second year running, a year-long professional development programme of live and online masterclasses with BAFTA-nominees for crew based outside London.
